Apartment Dante Alighieri is located in the center of Opatija as part of a villa consisting of 3 floors. The apartment is located in the basement of the villa and was renovated in 2022. The advantage of this floor is that on warm summer days the rooms retain freshness, and on cold winter days a little energy is needed to reach the optimal temperature. Despite this fact, air conditioners are used for additional cooling of the apartment, while it is heated using marble slabs. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a room with a sauna, a toilet and a wc, and the rooms are connected to each other by a corridor.
Living room
The entrance to the apartment leads directly to the living room. It has a large shelf, a sofa, a two-seater and an armchair. Multimedia, specifically TV with satellite programs, DVD player and radio are located in this part of the apartment.It is possible to make an extra bed from the large couch, which is ideal for two children or one adult. Also, the room contains a intercom and an alarm system, as well as the necessary heat regulators (air conditioner and marble slabs).
The bedroom
The bedroom consists of a large (King size) double bed and 2 bedside tables with lamps. There is also a large wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room. The room is spacious and airy.
The kitchen
The kitchen of the apartment consists of the necessary appliances (large refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, stove and sink) and necessary dishes for preparing meals. There is a dining room with a table and chairs in the kitchen.
Other rooms and details
The apartment has a sauna room with a shower cabin. There is an additional sink and washing machine in the room. The toilet of the apartment consists of a large double sink with built-in lighting, a shower cabin and a bidet. There is a separate room with wc and a sink, and the corridor connects all the previously shown rooms.
Apartment yard
The courtyard of the apartment is composed of a paved area (rest area and path), and a garden. The paved part leads us to the villa and around it, where there is a rest area with a swing, a table, benches and chairs. A large and small barbecue is available to guests. There are many Mediterranean plants and vegetation in the area (palm trees, lavender, olive, and various fragrant flowers,…). There is also an orchard with various trees; orange, tangerine, persimmon, pear, plum, fig, apple, cherry, sour cherry, grapes and strawberries that create a special atmosphere.
